The test center locations may change, or merge based on candidate numbers. Applicants can select two preferred test cities, with the second choice serving as a backup in case the first isn’t available. Changing the test center is generally not allowed, except in exceptional cases before the registration deadline, subject to seat availability and approval by the test administrator.
