Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be issued for our products and services
Cancellation Charges:
a. Before Taking Psychometric Test: Zero
Customers may cancel their order before taking the psychometric test without incurring any cancellation charges.
b. After Taking the Psychometric Test: Rs 5,000
If a customer cancels their order after completing the psychometric test but before any counselling sessions, a cancellation charge of Rs 5,000 will be applicable.
c. After Taking One Counselling Session: Rs 7,000
If a customer cancels their order after receiving one counselling session but before taking two sessions, a cancellation charge of Rs 7,000 will be applicable.
d. No Refund After Taking Two Counselling Sessions:
Once a customer has participated in two counselling sessions, no refunds will be issued.
Refund Process
a. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] for the cancellation.
b. The refund amount will be processed within 7 days of receiving the cancellation request, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptional Circumstances:
In certain exceptional circumstances, the Company reserves the right to review and consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
No Show
In the event that a student fails to attend a scheduled session within 15 minutes from the scheduled time, the session will be considered a no-show and can be rescheduled only once. Exceptional cases will be entertained at the discretion of iDreamCareer.
