The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG 2023 result has been released on July 15th around 14:36 PM and is available at cuet.samarth.ac.in. Over 14,99,790 unique registered candidates participated, opting for a total of 64,35,144 test papers. These candidates applied for 48,779 different subject combinations across 250 Central, State, and other participating universities, institutions, and organizations for the Academic session 2023-2024. The exams took place at various examination centers in different cities across India and abroad, following a predetermined schedule.

Around 14.90 lakh students were eagerly awaiting the CUET result this year. And finally the wait is over! The NTA has also released the CUET UG scorecard 2023 simultaneously. Admission and counseling for UG courses will be managed by the participating universities, including 44 central and state universities. CUET Exam 2023: What changes it brought?

The CUET (UG) – 2023 examination offered candidates a wide range of access and flexibility. A staggering 64,35,144 unique combinations of subjects across 250 universities were applied for by candidates. The examination was conducted over a period of 34 days and 93 shifts, utilizing a total of 2305 question papers with 148,520 questions. To cater to the diverse linguistic preferences, the question papers were made available in 13 languages – English, Hindi, and regional languages such as Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.

In consideration of the varying syllabus reductions implemented by different boards, candidates were given the freedom to choose any 40 questions out of 50 in all subjects, except for the General Test where 50 questions out of 60 had to be attempted. CUET (UG) – 2023 went beyond the borders of India, conducting examinations in 23 cities across the globe.

To ensure accuracy and quality, a large team of 2200 subject experts and 800 translators were involved in the preparation of question papers. Candidates were also given the opportunity to challenge the provisional answer key, question paper, and recorded responses, resulting in 3886 unique challenges out of 25782 received. These challenges were carefully reviewed by subject experts, leading to the preparation of final answer keys, which were used in determining the results of CUET (UG) – 2023. The entire process aimed to provide a fair and inclusive examination experience for all candidates.
