The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is gearing up to announce the results for the Class 10th and Class 12th board exams. These results will soon be accessible on the official websites, cbse.gov.in and results.cbse.nic.in. The expected release date for the CBSE board results is after May 20th. Students who took these exams can obtain their results using a 6-digit access code provided by their schools for DigiLocker accounts.
This year, a staggering 39 lakh students registered for the CBSE Board Exam 2024 for classes 10 and 12 across India. The Class 10 examinations occurred from February 15 to March 13, while the Class 12 examinations were held from February 15 to April 2, 2024. Both exams followed a single-shift schedule from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm.
The CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 board results will be made available soon after May 20, as announced on the official website cbseresults.nic.in. These results will be released simultaneously for both classes, eagerly awaited by the vast number of students who appeared for these exams.
To access their CBSE Class 10 result 2024 via SMS, students can send a text message with the format “CBSE10” to 7738299899. For the CBSE Class 12 result 2024, the SMS format is “CBSE12 (roll number) (date of birth in DDMMYYYY format) (school number) (Centre number)” to the same number. Shortly after sending the SMS, students will receive all the necessary information regarding their results. It’s important to note that SMS charges may vary based on the mobile network provider.
Apart from SMS, students can also check their CBSE Class 10th, 12th results using IVRS services. Students in Delhi can dial 24300699, while those outside Delhi can call 011 – 24300699 to access their CBSE exam results.
The passing criteria for both Class 10 and 12 exams is to achieve a minimum of 33 percent marks.
