She was encouraged to participate in the Tata Motors’ exam, which was conducted at her school. Shobha excelled in the exam, gaining deeper insights into her interest and potential in the automobile sector.

After thoroughly assessing her options and weighing her personal situation, Shobha was torn between two choices: Government Polytechnic Barabanki and an apprenticeship program at Tata Motors for ITI in Automobile. After further discussions with her counselor, we recommended the ITI apprenticeship at Tata Motors. This option provided immediate financial stability through a salary, hands-on learning in a field aligned with her interest, and the flexibility to pursue further studies later.
