Textile Designers are the experts who work in textile mills/ clothing companies and design woven, knitted or printed fabrics. As a textile designer, you will need expertise in designing and garment/ textile technologies as you will convert often have to design new fabric as per customer orders. You should not only be expert in designing, but also of fabric texture, fabric material, etc. As a textile designer, you will be designing clothes, undergarments, towels, linen, sheets, curtains, carpet, etc.
