Who are we?

iDreamCareer.com (iDC) is India’s largest UNBIASED career counselling venture that works with 2.5 million students every year. We are a team of 25 passionate teammates who are working to make UNBIASED career guidance a mainstream phenomenon.

We are aided by an excellent online portal which boasts 1057 hours of content, related to 555 academic streams, we are here to make an IMPACT. We have a fleet of 929 certified career counsellors spread-out across 114 districts of India.

What do we do?

iDreamCareer focuses on providing UNBIASED career counselling and guidance services to students of classes 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th apart from providing 360 degree guidance to undergraduates and college students. We also help Private Schools, Non-Profits, Governments and CSRs in improving education by imparting the following services.

Whom do we work with?

iDC currently works with over 73,000+ schools across India & the Middle East apart from working with 12 state governments  including Delhi, Andhra Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan, Karnataka amongst others.

iDreamCareer works as the on-ground force for various International Agencies such as UNDP, UNICEF, Central Square Foundation & more helping provide quality career guidance to unprivileged students.

On the private school front, we work with forward thinking schoolars including Shiv Nadar Foundation, The Shri Ram School, Navy Schools, Sunbeam Group, Maharaja Sawai Man Singh, Indian School Muscat, Kunskapsskolan, Orchid International group & others, to help students achieve things beyond their capabilities.In the Non-Profit/CSR sector, iDreamCareer has done groundbreaking projects with Hero Group, Magic Bus, Miracle Foundation, McKinsey’s Generation & others, in helping them establish effective career guidance solution for students.

All in all, iDreamCareer is an Ed-Tech startup in India which is geared to make career counselling accessible to all Indian students.

Mohit Satyanand

Mohit Satyanand is an entrepreneur, consultant, investor and policy wonk.After completing an M.A. from the Delhi School of Economics, he joined Hindustan Lever as a management trainee, later moving to Delhi Flour Mills after a stint of 4 years, where he established India’s first successful snack food brand, Crax.

He still provides strategic direction to that business, as well as several other small and medium-sized manufacturing firms. In 1989, he co-founded Teamwork Films, which now organizes and conducts some of India’s most prestigious art festivals, including the Jaipur Literary Festival, along with annual festivals in Singapore, South Africa, Europe and North America.

In 2002, he co-promoted a chain of English language teaching centers in Delhi under the Swiss brand name, Inlingua. Being the chairman of the Board of Trustees of Liberty Institute as well as a policy think-tank, he has a special interest in the policy thrust of education and macro-economics.

Mohit is also the consulting editor at Outlook Money, where he oversees the magazine’s coverage of the equity sector. He is an avid lover of mountains and is a life-long trekker, having recently taken to running half-marathons.

Rahul Parmar has been known in education industry as the youngest dean in the country. Mr. Parmar was the dean of PESIT, Bangalore (ranked amongst the top 20 technical college in India) for 9 years, where he managed more than 15,000 students.

He has been known for his immense contribution in Higher education, especially in building tie-ups with various foreign universities like IUP, USA and many more.

Currently, he is a senior advisor to iDreamCareer where he is playing a critical role in strategic decision making processes and is also involved in taking iDC to the overseas market.

GK Sinha

Mr. Sinha is an accomplished Human Resource Leader who is globally known for his contributions,especially in the fields of Employee Relations, Organization and Management Development.

He has a rich and multifarious experience in Human resource Management, a field in which he has worked for over 37 years across diverse industries.Currently acting as Senior VP (HR), Mr. Sinha heads the Human Resource Department as well as the Training functions at Encore, a US based Speciality Finance Company.

His longest stint, comprising of eighteen years, has been with PepsiCo across various locations in India and Ireland. Mr. Sinha is a seed level investor at iDreamCareer.com also acts an active mentor to the iDC team.

Rishab Malik

Rishab is a serial Entrepreneur turned Angel Investor and the founder of Madison Capital. He earlier co-founded, Droom as India’s first online marketplace to buy & sell new and used automobiles & automobiles services.

Previously he was the Operating Partner at GSF India, an early-stage accelerator, and also the co-founder of Figr, Singapore. He has done MBA in Entrepreneurship and finance from INSEAD and B.A in Economics from The University of Texas, Austin. He has invested in over 27 startups and sits on board of many of them.
