Mr. Sinha is an accomplished Human Resource Leader who is globally known for his contributions,especially in the fields of Employee Relations, Organization and Management Development. He has a rich and multifarious experience in Human resource Management, a field in which he has worked for over 37 years across diverse industries.

Currently acting as Senior VP (HR), Mr. Sinha heads the Human Resource Department as well as the Training functions at Encore, a US based Speciality Finance Company. His longest stint, comprising of eighteen years, has been with PepsiCo across various locations in India and Ireland. Mr. Sinha is a seed level investor at iDreamCareer.com also acts an active mentor to the iDC team.

Rahul Parmar

Senior Advisor & Shareholder

Rahul Parmar has been known in education industry as the youngest dean in the country. Mr. Parmar was the dean of PESIT, Banglore (ranked amongst the top 20 technical college in India) for 9 years, where he managed more than 15,000 students. He has been known for his immense contribution in Higher education, especially in building tie-ups with various foreign universities like IUP, USA and many more. Currently, he is a senior advisor to iDreamCareer where he is playing a critical role in strategic decision making processes and is also involved in taking iDC to the overseas market.

Mohit Satyanand

Mohit Satyanand is an entrepreneur, consultant, investor and policy wonk.

After completing an M.A. from the Delhi School of Economics, he joined Hindustan Lever as a management trainee, later moving to Delhi Flour Mills after a stint of 4 years, where he established India’s first successful snack food brand, Crax. He still provides strategic direction to that business, as well as several other small and medium-sized manufacturing firms.

In 1989, he co-founded Teamwork Films, which now organizes and conducts someof India’s most prestigious art festivals, including the Jaipur Literary Festival, along with annual festivals in Singapore, South Africa, Europe and North America. In 2002, he co-promoted a chain of English language teaching centers in Delhi under the Swiss brand name, Inlingua. Being the chairman of the Board of Trustees of Liberty Institute as well as a policy think-tank, he has a special interest in the policy thrust of education and macro-economics.

Mohit is also the consulting editor at Outlook Money, where he oversees the magazine’s coverage of the equity sector. He is an avid lover of mountains and is a life-long trekker, having recently taken to running half-marathons.

Indian Design group, led by Mr. Naseer Humayun, is one of the largest cloth manufacturers in India. The group is an anchor investor in some of the major Indian startups focusing on VC funds. The group has invested in iDC in their angel round, which marked their first investment in an education company.
