Ayush, at the age of 17, encountered the challenge for a student to choose a right career while guiding a domestic helper to get back to education. Later at an age of 22, he chose to quit his lucrative job in Investment Banking to solve this problem and founded iDreamCareer. He has spent the past 11 years in the space of career guidance and as a full-time entrepreneur for the last 6 years. His most pathbreaking accomplishment as the founder of iDreamCareer has been to scale up personalized career counseling while maintaining quality across counselors. This was achieved by creating a standardized process, product and content using technology as an enabler. He has successfully led iDreamCareer to become the largest career counseling social enterprise in India empowering close to 1 million students annually. With his vision to create a sustainable enterprise which can impact millions of students, he led iDreamCareer to become a profitable social enterprise in FY 2018. Ayush is now working towards scaling up iDreamCareer's annual reach from 1 million students (currently) to 10 million students by the year 2022.
Squadron Leader Praveen (Retd.) has served in the Indian Air Force for more than two decades. He started his career in the IAF as a national level athlete and subsequently graduated as an Air Traffic Controller. During his service career he had an impressive stint in the Sarang Helicopter Display Team and also served as the Joint Secretary Air Force Sports Control Board. After moving out of the Air Force, he wanted to get associated with student development programs with the belief of creating happier societies for the future.
This is when he got an opportunity to work for iDreamCareer as the Vice President and realized that this is exactly what he was looking forward to do in life. Presently, he handles the operations for the entire regions of South India and the Middle East, reaching out to students through seminars and career planning programs.
After acquiring a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Technology from Jadavpur University, Kolkata and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, Dipankar has been working as an entrepreneurial leader in several roles across education and allied sectors for over two decades. After a brief stint in Management Consulting and HR Consulting, he set up a not- for-profit enterprise for offering career counselling services in Kolkata in 1995 and received a Fellowship from Ashoka Foundation, USA for doing pioneering work in youth development. In his next stint, he played a lead role in establishing India’s first corporate enterprise in career counselling in Mumbai. Thereafter he went on to work in higher education administration and marketing roles and worked with remarkable success in establishing new institutions, new programs and education branding. In his last stint with an Australia and India based career education organisation, he led a global team which built a multi-dimensional knowledgebase for career education backed up by a unique information architecture and several products for career education and development. Dipankar is currently the Chief Content Officer at iDreamCareer where he is managing the entire content development and lead the company’s initiative to further strengthen its career guidance curriculum.
Aakanksha Bhatia is a B.A (Hons.) & M.A in Psychology from Delhi University. Further she did Bachelor in Education from CIE, Delhi University. She has consistently been the university topper throughout her academics. She is currently pursuing Phd from Delhi University and she is also a Senior Research Fellow (SRF), UGC. Before joining iDreamCareer as Research Lead consultant she worked as an Assistant Professor (Psychology) at Daulat Ram College, University of Delhi.
With strong academic background in Psychology and Education, she deeply understands the nuances of education and mental health in our country. She is a young and dynamic scholar who efficaciously understands the need for appropriate interventions in the area of education and mental health. Her PhD is in the area of Social Inclusion and Exclusion. Her work has always been need based and action oriented. Recently, she has presented two of her research papers at International Congress of Psychology (ICP, 2016) at Yokohama, Japan. At iDreamCareer she currently consult on improving the existing assessment products and on developing two new psychometric assessment for the company. She strongly believes in bringing a positive social change through her work.
Mrs. Toolika Krishna is the Chief Career Planner at iDC and is a recognized mentor in India. She has over 20 years of experience and has guided students across India in their careers and endeavors. She is a Certified Psychometric Testing Professional as well as a Certified Trainer & Facilitator from Carlton Institute of Advanced Management (U.S.A). In the past, she has worked as a Career planner with the Institute of Career Studies and has indulged in extensive career planning for students at institutes like Sanskriti School, Sardar Patel School, DPS RK Puram, Welham Girls Dehradun, among many others. She even has experience in Human Resource Management which has gained her a deep understanding of different career profiles and industry know how. As the Chief Career Planner at iDreamCareer, she takes care of the counseling quality along with training and inducting career planners for the company.
Rahul Parmar has been known in education industry as the youngest dean in the country. Mr. Parmar was the dean of PESIT, Bangalore (ranked amongst the top 20 technical college in India) for 9 years, where he managed more than 15,000 students. He has been known for his immense contribution in Higher Education,especially in building tie-ups with various foreign universities like IUP, USA and many more. Currently, he is a senior advisor to iDreamCareer where he is playing a critical role in strategic decision making processes and is also involved in taking iDC to the overseas market.

Mr. Sinha is an accomplished Human Resource Leader who is globally known for his contributions,especially in the fields of Employee Relations, Organization and Management Development. Vivek is a successful entrepreneur who started an e-commerce venture in 1997. He then exited from the company after running it successfully for over a decade. He currently mentors and invests in startups which are in their early stages of development or incubation. Vivek is the lead angel investor in iDreamCareer.com.
Mohit Satyanand is an entrepreneur, consultant, investor and policy wonk.
After completing an M.A. from the Delhi School of Economics, he joined Hindustan Lever as a management trainee, later moving to Delhi Flour Mills after a stint of 4 years, where he established India’s first successful snack food brand, Crax. He still provides strategic direction to that business, as well as several other small and medium-sized manufacturing firms.
In 1989, he co-founded Teamwork Films, which now organizes and conducts someof India’s most prestigious art festivals, including the Jaipur Literary Festival, along with annual festivals in Singapore, South Africa, Europe and North America. In 2002, he co-promoted a chain of English language teaching centers in Delhi under the Swiss brand name, Inlingua. Being the chairman of the Board of Trustees of Liberty Institute as well as a policy think-tank, he has a special interest in the policy thrust of education and macro-economics.
Mohit is also the consulting editor at Outlook Money, where he oversees the magazine’s coverage of the equity sector. He is an avid lover of mountains and is a life-long trekker, having recently taken to running half-marathons.
Indian Design group, led by Mr. Naseer Humayun, is one of the largest cloth manufacturers in India. The group is an anchor investor in some of the major Indian startups focusing on VC funds. The group has invested in iDC in their angel round, which marked their first investment in an education company.
